I see the 7 wiz running you from 4 to 6 via bloody crypt, deleras 2.
And the 9 sorc running 6 to 8 with shadow and D4.

I used to waste lots of time having the best gear at each level, then I realised I  should just update weapons when needed and otherwise only change gear at 5 and 11 (and 9 if you have good old old raid gear).

Korthos shit is fine until 5, then go Abashai set and voice (no Ioun Stone) or 3pc Abashai and Mantle and Ioun Stone, and a med fort belt.

Weapons are just crap till 4, then Carnifex and the blunt undead beater you can Cannith craft. Or for casters, a level 1 and level 4 fire stick and the same in acid.

Instead of filling your inventory with gear, fill it with haste pots.

8-12 used to be tedious. Last I checked it was a bit higher that was difficult.

yeah, Mith.  8-12 isn't too bad at all.  You have Deleras 2, Deleras 4, Tear of dakhaan, Shadow Crypt, Von3 and Von4 to cover 80% of the ground.  Not to mention that CO6 is still solid XP/min on a BB, as is Shadow Knight (with a rogue), and a couple others. 

The pain kicks in around 16, at least for me.  I am sick and tired of GH and the Orchard by mid way through 16.  I never liked the Missing/Lords of Stone series.  You couldn't start Vale yet.   Mid 16 through 17 just sucked. 

But it's probably better now.  You have more to do in 18-20 with Druids Deep, High Road, Wheeloon, and Storm Horns all being there.  Add that to IQ1, IQ2, Reavers Reach, Webs of Chaos, LoB Flagging, and Amrath and there is plenty to do.  You can take the Vale a little early now days and not worry about running out of shit to do. 

Also, with the new quest ransack mechanic, you don't ever totally wipe anything out, until you get 4 levels or more over the quest level.  You can be running Litany on a level 19 and still get 20k per run.  You can still milk Shadow Crypt at level 14, also.  And Von3.
