	So, 32 point builds are standard now with U20? Each character gets a free LR0 heart, and greater reinc is folded into LR. So a LR will now give 28pt builds the extra 4 points?

	As far as I know it's not standard. A friend copied a first life toon to lammania and epic tred. He ended up beeing a 28 point build instead of 32. Not sure if that's a problem which can happen on live also. Epic TRing with having several PLs didn't put you down to 28 or 32 point builds.

	Got to have the 1750 favor reward on that server or bought from ddo store in order to become 32-point build upon LR.� Or that's how it's supposed to work; I never know with Turdbine.

	A greater reincarnate takes a 28 pt build, and makes them 32. Turbine is combining the GR into the LR. Does the 32 point upgrade come with it? Yes, the 1750 favor lets you create a 32 right off the bat, but besides that and doing heroic TR, GR was the only other way to get more build points. Anyone know?

Not sure, but assume that ETR is not the same as LR so possible that your friend's ETR didnt grant him GR

	Unless they borked it, you still need to have 32 pt unlocked to get it by a reincarnation. Its basically for toons who were created before you unlocked 32 pt.

It wasn't a matter of "besides that"; you needed the favour for Champion to be able to GR for 32 pt builds. Been several lives since I've done that though so who knows, they might have broken that by now. No idea what the scoop is with the new system but if they're paying attention it would be pretty much the same.

	Turdbin, keep changing the DDO rules, because McDonalds sold over 200 billion hamburgers by changing the recipe for their Special Sauce every couple of months to keep interest up.

	I just copied my level 13 ranger from a premium account without access to 32 point build to Lama. When I did a LR on her, she only had 28 points to work with. So as it stands right now, 32 points is not the standard.

	You needed 1750 Favor or to have bought 32 Pointer to have 32 points at GR time. I just hope they won't fuck it up as that's the only reincarnation I am willing to do.
