	Don't use one right now if you're VIP because the server down time caused the VIP XP boost to get rolled back to 10% from 15%

The new ones cap out at XP for heroic cap. Given that either will take you to 20 with full XP bonuses running, an extra 5% on the new one won't have any effect at all. 	New ones are restricted to once per life also, with exception that both heroic and epic can each be used once. But you can't use heroic multiple, or epic multiple.

	Sounds good. Stone with all bonuses (including VIP) to hit lvl 20 at 3rd+ life. Then reset timer and use Stone again using "Sometime" shared bank exploit. Question is .. can the reset timer in any way be duped? Or can a lesser heart be duped?

A single stone itself with VIP, 50% Pot, Voice and 5% Ship buff will finish you around 3,500,000, roughly 300K below cap and away from being able to TR or re-use your Epic stone. If there is a way to use a stone twice in one life, it will make it far easier.� As far as I am aware you cannot dupe the Timer Resets or Lesser Hearts.
