	Keen used to give a +.5[w] modifier and now it doesn't any more. when did this happen?

	It has to be Keen II or higher. Just standard Keen doesn't give you shit.

	Ghostbane happend to keen. Ghostbane was Turbine's version of loot AI. But it began to learn to think on its own. Soon it was developing the loot tables from within to preempt all permutations that did not contain its namesake. Resistance is futile. All loot will be assimilated. please ignore the fact that keen is a prefix and ghostbane is a suffix. Ignore the facts and just beeleeeeve what I told you anyway.
