	You need a jump of at least 30, which is no biggie, but still it helps to be prepared. And Ghostbane, of course... It is a Dead Girl, after all...

I'll second this. If you don't have the Jump spell available to self-cast, then get the highest +Jump skill item you can find because you'll want the biggest Jump skill you can get just to make this easier. Don't make yourself run back to House P over and over again to get the +Jump effect cast on you. That's a big pain in the ass.
