	It is a poorly worded Turbine post - what a surprise. No way they will (a) issue a 2nd box; or (b) issue to every toon. I suspect the intention it merely to do another pass and provide boxes to those that missed out. This could and should have been a positive PR message for Turbine, but another half-arsed effort again. Sigh.

	If they would only give it to the players who are missing it they would need a more difficult solution and I am very happy they don't invest development time for that and just go with a second box for most players. There is already too much development time getting invested in fixing/changing stuff which doesn't need any changes/fixes.

There was an oops, because some players received and some did not. So, Turbine issues MULTIPLE +2 tome clickies. That way, every player got at least one, some players got three. I was one that received three on some toons, and most received two.

	They screwed up similar in the past... I think it was some MOTU pre-buy thing... but it seems longer ago. Anyway, everyone who didn't get screwed on the original mix up got a second thing because, of course, it's too much work to actually see who got it and who didn't. So this is SOP for Turbine when they mess up a gift. Also, SOP for the DDO forumites will be a massive amount of whining along the lines of "I didn't originally get mine, but it is NOT FAIR that some people get two of these... I demand to have TWO as well."

I suspect that everyone will get one in the next pass because they are stupid, don't understand their own code and likely can't identify the toons that are qualified accurately.� I had toons not get MoTU packages and then the ones that did get it got another on the second pass.� At least in that situation, they knew who bought them.� My bet is that they won't be able to sort out who did what for this one and just spam all toons, I guess we'll see soon though.

There is a rapier out there that offers better than 28.8 base damage and has +8% dodge and +2 good luck on it? Not including the planar set, the phlembotizing upgrade, the red slot, or the +8 bump. What about Celestia? There is a short sword offering better than 22.3 base damage WITH radiance? And banishing, planar set, +8, and a green slot? Nightmare, even with the change to the neg leveling, is still a beast. Mine has a 35.5 base damage rating on it (fully upgraded). I get +5 or +8 HP per swing from the vamprism. Toss in some neg levels, untyped damage, foce damage, and the occasional PK. I disagree. The loot in CiTW was holding up better than FoT. A lot of the FoT stuff got wiped out because they maxed at +8 stats and such. All of which got trounced by loot gen. My Tablecloth, for example, used to be sweet. Now it's good for....being a tablecloth.

For sake of clarity, as a Frog, until 3 years ago I was playing on European Servers. Those server was VIPs ( subscription ) only, even after Vast and Mysterious that lead to F2P. During the time between Vast and Mysterious and the shutdown of Europe Codemasters regularly gave us Store Items through various means. ( as we couldn't get them any other way ) That's how we got a modified Traveler loot list that dropped XP pots, Hearts of Woods and Teleport Rods. That's also how we got a Heart of wood for each and every character that was above LVL 16. Codemasters NEVER fucked up a gift where some restrictions were announced. Since I've been dumped on G-Land 3 years ago, Turbine ALWAYS fucked up all the gifts that had restrictions on who got them. The Tome Clickies was one of them.
