Storm's Harness is best in slot dps wise considering if they take electric damage(A +2 or +4 mythic bonus would invalidate this though so stock wraps).

Only thing that can compete with stock Storm's Harness is Scraps of Enlightenment, but that is only if they resist or immune to electric.  I stick with Storm's Harness, Mabar Wraps for undead, and Antipode if I need to break chaotic, evil, or both DR. 


I am talking Legendary and up at this point, mortal fear for all other content which I have yet to grind for =/.

Thunderforged handwraps, simply change mortal fear to something else if you find that useless (lets say you run a lot of legendary crap).

Tho 8d8 force dmg with a 8d6 negative or 10d6 fire or first degree burns is decent I think. Dragons edge means 10%~ chance for an extra +60ish damage. Also you can try giving up 2 slots for oremi set with holy burst for an other +10 dmg/hit, tho its not really productive, unless you use many augment slots, and can afford to lose a ring and necklace slot.

The most broken epic PL in the game is the ridiculous AC buff from martial PLs. But when you include all the inherent benefits from reincarnation, the thing is above the roof. The benefit from TR was supposed to be minimal, but now it is game breaking. start a new character and you will feel, you will get raped in heroics.

Personally I think lower heroics on new characters are harder than Legendary Elite content on a character with good gear and has all destinies farmed.

One of the devs on the cast suggested they will be debuting upwards of 5 new wraps per update for the next 4 updates.
