They "rolled a 20", therefore it's a crit.

They haven't confirmed yet.

I dunno but we got what TWO quests with lame loot and a TR revamp? Seems so lame in general.

Yes a two quest update makes them a bit of a laughing stock. Especially as the expansion didn't have a raid.

It was critical that they return with a good update after update 19.  They did crit but it was a crit failure.

Their ability to critically evaluate developer suggestions has returned after a 2 year hiatus, and from this point forward there will be significantly less suck?

Turdbin, keep changing the DDO rules, because McDonalds sold over 200 billion hamburgers by changing the recipe for their Special Sauce every couple of months to keep interest up.

Critical Return Over Investment.

Investment was negligible. They didn't even relent on the BTC New shitty commendations and just transfered them from Saga REqard to quest reward when everybody wanted them in chests.

With the Overpriced Values for the Hearts in Store and their retarded cost in CoV the Return is going to be Critical.

Also put another way :
It's Critical that there is a Return Over Investment otherwise WB will pull the plug.

pick the one you prefer.

Oh dear. If U20 is a critical, but U19 isn't, this means that they are using a shit weapon and did not take the corresponding IC feat.

Anyway. Thanks for explaining, OldCoaly. I actually didn't get the name.

Apparently, if you need someone to explain some Adspeak, the Adspokesperson did not make a good job.

Sadly, I bet whoever it was in turbine that came up with the idea is patting themselves in the back for thinking how clever the ad was

Oh wow, now I feel slow. Still can't laugh about the name of the update though.

U20 just makes me feel I got critically tricked by turbine again. Posting some shit about getting 30 comms for doing EH, and atm there are only 10 quests ingame which yield that much comms... most of the epic quests give much less. Maybe it works out when level cap 30 is hitting us because of around 9M xp from 20-30. But atm the average comms you get are more like 20. (Yeah I know that they somewhere said that lower level quests would give less xp but such information should have been in the boobies and not somewhere hidden in the thread)

Seems I am going to farm most of my xp from 23-28 with the epic GH Saga... I already can feel how I got critically hit by the fun this is going to be. The quests above that are not that much fun with a gimp destiny.

I honestly still have nfi what the name means.  I can't tell whether some of you are joking or that's really what you think turbine was thinking?  Maybe both?  Undecided

Either way it makes me sad for this game.

The idea of Update 20 being critical is a reference to rolling a 20 in a twenty sided die, or a critical roll. That is all it means.

And most of us argue that update 20 didn't feel like a critical roll of 20 at all, felt more like a critical fail roll of 1.
