Does anyone know if these stack?
I'm having a hard time seeing the difference with 1 line on and off.

They stacked before they were renamed, and they still do stack.

The most obvious way to see a difference is the to-hit mod in the weapon info part of the inventory.

Also what would be the best split for a Staff build? I'm playing a 8/6/6 Ranger/Rogue/monk for the ranger past life and it was a very fun build. But since the ranger split is only for the past life, I don't really benefit from it much, but it does feel like a Staff build has a lot of potential if it's built with the right class splits 

I'm looking at 12 Fighter for Kensai or Rogue for sneak attacks.
What I'm trying to do is get a lot of doublestrike and melee attack speed as well as damage as much as i can.

With this current build i can reach up to 59% Doublestrike, only for 6 seconds tho. 44% for 10 seconds, 19% standing.
Melee attack speed a standing 15% + 30% for 20 seconds from Haste boost.
I'm not a genius in math, I'm just saying what I see on my screen, specially for the following: my regular damage goes from around 100 up to 165 and up to 260 on Helpless mobs with Sireth. My crits goes from 400 u to 3xxx. Like I said, I'm not a genius in math, I don't know what the max and best damage input you can do on a melee toon, but playing this toon i can kill EE mobs pretty swiftly and very proud with it. 

So whatya think?

Dex based acros make sense if you are on a PL build and have a Breeze (which outperforms all other sticks at this level). Otherwise, STR is your best bet. There are more options to increase STR than to increase Dex. (In this particular case, titan's grip and primal scream come to mind.) The acrobat dex to damage and dex to hit are a nice bonus to use other staves than Breeze (pre level 14, boss beaters) on a build which uses breeze as a main weapon.

I think that 13Rog/6Monk/1FVS is a better option than 1Fgt, but then, I am a sucker for Divine Might. Feats should still be enough to pick up ISA and OC.

Use Quick strike and Haste boost for speed.

• access to Empower Heal for Cocoon
• free Smite [2w] attack
• Divine Might (even a cha dumped dorf can get stacking +10 to STR)

All for a grand total of 3 AP. I'll take it over Fighter level
