Obviously, Shade is now in another game claiming that everyone else is exploiting

To be fair back when the thread that is in the vaults nw section was made,  everyone was exploiting nw.  With some patience and things like cheat engine you could have infinite resources (some resources) and use that to one shot or pretty much never be hit.

If you know where to look there's still some going on...

Client Security is not something well known by PWE. Even DDO Client has better security.

Cheat Engine worked with NWO? That is even more fail than Turbine, I'm amazed.

Do you know if it still does?

Turdbin, keep changing the DDO rules, because McDonalds sold over 200 billion hamburgers by changing the recipe for their Special Sauce every couple of months to keep interest up.

I don't know sorry,  I haven't touched the game for months.  I would hope they would have fixed such a big issue but I really can't say one way or the other.

OK, thanks. I would hope so too, but after 3 years of DDO the phrase "I would hope they would have fixed such a big issue" comes out like "A Lawyer, a Doctor, and a Priest walk into a bar"

One thing for everyone who is a "skeptic" on this issue: Insurance companies are basing their underwriting on the assumption that it is real. They are refusing to write policies on homes that are likely to be in danger from rising seas 20 years from now, even though the resale rate of the homes is so high that they could keep writing policies for another 10 years and still not have to pay out on 1 policy in 5, but that would be irresponsible. Unethical, as well, but that's never stopped anyone before.

It is fairly natural to assume that the fair price for the pot is the fair value of the resources I needed to make the pot plus the fair value of my labor.

FUCK YOU JERRY. And FUCK YOU AMANDA.

You both suck and are helping the boat sink.

Temperamental moderation never did any good.

Vanshilar, I understand your beef with Turbine forum moderation, but posting in the achievements section is always likely to attract attention of "You Exploited!" people. So, either "he who shall not be named" should grow some thick skin or take his fragile ego off of the forums...

No, most of the guild doesn't care about the forums, other than for the facepalms and the occasional trade thread. Yes, there will always be forum idiots that think it's funny to spam the forums or accuse other players of stuff, but I'm pointing out that Turbine has rules against such behavior already ("You cheated!" is verbatim one of the unacceptable discussion examples in the achievements forum), and could choose to enforce them if they wanted to. How they do their moderation, or the lack thereof, especially with the disruptive posters, affects the overall tone of the forums and the quality of the posts that they get. The ball is in Turbine's court as to how to deal with that type of behavior.
