Don't get this - they seem to be attempting to gear to solo to cap casual folks as it is. I understand Cocoon is a win button except on EE - why would they not incorporate healing amp?

That's why I am not surprised this is the first change for bards after the enhancement update. At least they fixed some stuff for the warchanter bards. That bards still need more love from Turbine is another problem...

	Update. Of note: Some more weapon affixes are returning. Obscenity got a bit of a boost (despite the lifestealing nerf). Wonder if it will be retroactive. Also, Winter Festival. Whee.

That way my Shintao Monk can break almost all DRs while still using wraps with all that alchemical goodness.
