	It's Bound to Character on Acquire. Raid loot from Tempest Spine. Yes I know it's a bad armor, but if it works with higher level stuff like CitW loots...� Anyone knows how? if yes, PM me maybe? And yes, I alredy PM'ed Epoch.

	I've seen epic infested armor on the AH before.

	A half-dozen boss Vaulties donated generously with real money to my classroom during a fundraiser in May 2015 to get poor kids books to read. I won't forget that. I think the old Pale Lavender Ioun Stones that didn't show the ungradable message are actually upgradable in the machine, so that one probably is too (if you wanted). Not sure if they would get the current 50 charges or the original 80 when upgraded.
