	Thanks for the update, I didn't see the xp boost or double bonus TP on the DDO Launcher so I probably would have been late on this. And I find that conspiracy theory in that thread hilarious. The one about 30% xp bonus taking you to level 28 faster so that you end up with fewer Commendations of Valor.

	Good stuff! They do need to have a CoV boost at some point. Or offer them in end chests and Saga end rewards in addition to Quest end rewards. Or allow for trading Heroic Comms for CoV's or something.

Turbine has conditioned the playerbase due to repeatedly pulling the rug out from under us. While it is silly to find the negative in a bonus, it is necessary to point out how it fits into the large scale design fail.
