Litany 4 bosses

It has been many lives since I've bothered flagging for Abbot.

This will be my next project, finished the sigil last night.

Will probably run solo on casual over-leveled.
Any particular order to take the bosses on, or it will be a cakewalk?

Last time I flagged, it was in a full group and I just stuck with the team.

Any quirks I should be aware of?

Doesn't really matter. Doing Cinnis before Mentau to have the item to turn Mentau's shield off can help a little.

Was planning on beholder first, will have ship buffs at least, then as you mention Cinnis, Mentau the Vol as buffs run out.

I'll probably bring a WF arcane hire (L14 Sigil). I'll be on a gimp cleric.

The item from beating Cinnis is the only one I really use, so do him before Mentau.  Other than that, just come prepared.

And don't forget to break the crystals!

Last time I flagged for Abbot was elite 4x at level on a 6mnk/6rgr/5pally with a friend being a repeater 2/15rogue. If you can't do it over-level pm Epoch for advice.

I do Vol and Cinnis on my elite Litany runs, then Mentau on my Hard run, then Cholthuzz on my Normal run.

In that order they are all easy in any group size. Mentau is a bastard to solo if you haven't done Cinnis.

The sides aren't bad XP either.

When I flag for Abbot, I usually do it at level 17 and grab my first time bonus xp while doing the bosses. Disregard this advice if you're not gaining any experience and in which case Mentau before Cinnis is recommended but not necessary.

Elite -> High Priest
Hard -> Cinnis (To unlock Cold Fire against Mentau)
Normal -> Mentau (Use Cold Fire if it helps)
Casual -> Cholthulzz

Done.

Got ship buffs and did beholder first. Brought hirelings and they fell in the water and didn't help.
I ended up sliding around (FOM got dispelled), but found a safe spot in the water. Beholder would be in front of me but couldnt target me. As Divine Punishment cooled down, I would jump up, quicken cast, and fall back in water, and stacked it on him.
Did Cinnis 2nd, the buttons to step on were annoying, not sure if I had to do all 4 at one time, luckily I had 4 bodies in my party and just stepped on the pressure plates. Took a bit to park a couple of the hirelings just right on.
Mentau was easy. In the final room, you can pull lever immediately for the air boost and I got up in one try. I believe if I had failed, I would have had to do the 3 runes to reset the lever. As I floated in the air, I activated the cold fire trinket and he went down easy.
High Priest Vol was straightforward.

I've always just gone full DPS on Cinnis and never bothered with buttons, and he died easily. Buttons are just if you can't overcome the regen he gets from the fireballs... Or if you can't lure him somewhere he doesn't get hit by fireballs.

I dont flag for abbot usually. but about 3 month ago, I flagged during my tr for the raid and I used wf hireling (not sure tho). he fell in the water, but he casted heal, resto and 2x raise dead on me. bh couldnt target him, so it was just a matter of time when i killed the bh. It was my noobish moment, cos I was there on leet Smiley

Yeah, the beholder can be a real pain especially on a melee due to the environment. If anyone were to solo this on a melee and is having trouble, I recommend facing the beholder so that the the solid platform on the back side of the room next to the barrier is aligned behind the beholder. This way the beholder will inevitably move backwards and onto the platform and you can pin his movement script onto the barrier/wall where you can stand on solid ground (not ice). Silver flame trinkets or other similar items helps if you're not inherently immune to energy drains.

Beholder is super easy on casters. There's plenty of pillars you can hide behind where you can cast at him but he can't or won't cast at you.

Agreed. And if you have trouble finding points where you cannot be targeted, you can always strafe behind pillars between spell casting cool down.

There is an order that should be on the wiki but if you are running casual there is no real need for order. Just zerg and destroy!

Kundarak Boots are nice in there. FoM on an item that can't be dispelled.  Any other boots that grant immunity to slippery surfaces would likely be equally helpful.
