Steam Sales, what are you buying and why?

Title says it all.

DDO is almost the only game I played on computer since my old one was crappy, but now that I have a new one, those sales are interesting. Open to anything but two things, another MMO and/or a Terreria or whatever it's called type of game. Oh, and of course, why would I buy it? Once again im not a huge PC gamer so I don't know a lot bout other games.

Thanks in advance. Cool

What kind of games do you like?  First person shooters like Call of Duty?  RPGs?  Action RPGs like the Diablo games?  Turn based strategy?

FPS: Borderlands 2 is great but I think that it is only on sale at Amazon
RPGs: Dark Souls will kill you lots and you will love it
Action RPGs: Path of Exile is great and free.  Diablo 3 is supposed to have a new update in the next couple months
Turn based strategy: XCOM Enemy Unknown is great.  I love it and its expansion, Enemy Within.
Grand strategy: Civ 5 is pretty good.
Cheap: Binding of Isaac is really good if you can get past the very irreverant theme of the game.

Left 4 Dead 2 is best four player co-op game of all time, IMO. Of course, it would require that you like FPS and Zombies and preferably have real life friends to play with.

Good choices if you're into FPS, especially with voice chat and co-op  Wink

Also, your second avatar makes me want sliced bread.

Yeah, eating bread is good for your health, especially if you eat it with passion like this guy do.  Grin

Good game.  I managed to beat it a couple times before I got over the addiction.  Didn't like the PVP till I got good with archery.  Then it was pin cushions and kicks for cheating lol.
