	I actually like the concept but the trade isn't quite right. For a 4995 TP Otto box, he should be hand holding his new disciple from level 1-20 and running every single heroic quest on Elite and teaching the ins and outs of every single heroic raid. And when I say hand holding, I don't mean zerg the quest and complete it for them. I mean he needs to make sure the person he is mentoring is fully capable of pulling at least 50% of the work.
