	That is, per level of that enhancement, ie 6 at level 3.

	power attack = 5 damage twf, 10thf horc/barb/w.f. & B.f. power attack enhancements boost the damage the same way. increasing power attack from 5 to 6 damage = 6damge twf, 12thf. etc.
