Ok, so after thinking about it some more, I gave up on the Druid Wolf/Ranger build I talked about here:

http://www.ddovault.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1386110073

Instead, I decided to try an Elven TWF 13 Druid(Fire Elemental)/4 Fighter/3 Rogue split. In Elemental form, I get full use of my cool scimmies.

I put it through Ron's Character Planner and I like what I see:

I might change the leveling order slightly in order to get Evasion a bit earlier but I might not.

Also, still planning to be in Legendary Dreadnaught as my best ED.

Twists would include Cocoon and Unearthly Reactions for sure. Not sure what my third twist would be although Brace for Impact looks tempting.

One question about one of the spells though. I looked on the DDO Wiki but it doesn't say what the duration of Body of the Sun is. Is it a short spell like Displacement or is it a Minute/Level one like blur? Cuz if it's short, I might have to think hard about working in Extend.

Pretty sure elemental form fort stacks, so no need for brace.

first can you snip out the redundant tomes.

correct.

Second:
14druid/2fighter/4rogue = loss of 1 feat, you'll get uncanny dodge though for an extra 6% dodge.

2monk instead of 2fighter could be worth it too.

Third.
According to kensai's, Scimitars aren't heavy blades, they're druidic weapons.

It's short. I'd go water form in your shoes. Freezing spray, icestorm and dot SLA's just work better sadly, especially when you don't have access to flames of purity.

Thanks.

According to Ron's planner, Scimitars are Heavy Blades but I can check on live when I get a chance.

Edited:
It appears scimmies are in both categories according to the texts of each weapon focus group when you hover your mouse cursor over them. However it looks like scimmies being in the Heavy Blades group may be just an error in the tooltip text. See the link TractorsareEpic provided below.

Could be related. I'll take Druidic Weapons instead of Heavy Blades just in case.

Thanks!

Which would allow me to not have Heavy Fort on a piece of equipment. So with Brace, I'd have 140% Fort and +2 to all saves which will help my evasion chance.

or you could slot fortification, and instead of brace, pick up unearthly reactions for +6 reflex / 3dodge.

Unearthly is already one of my twists.  Tongue

If you're actually burning an epic level feat on +1 str, why not primal scream? A level 1 twist is much cheaper than an epic feat Wink Or the +6 reflex from draconic, if you're ultra worried about your reflex save.

Wow epic spell power:positive too? Twist it in! I guess since this is just a flavour build you can do whatever. Those feat choices just seem rather.... interesting...

Good point about Primal Scream. Unearthly Reactions is already going to be one of my twists so I don't need the +6 Reflex thing from Draconic.

I'm open to suggestions for an alternative lvl 28 feat...

I took this split route. I've got 22% Dodge in Elemental form and 25% Dodge in Winter Wolf form.

This was a very solid suggestion Munk. Thanks.

I stayed with Fire Elemental form. Body of the Sun, and Fire Seeds work really well with my 200+ Fire Spell power (which isn't particularly high but remember this is really a melee build). Flame Strike also works well at times. Unfortunately, I was not able to fit Wall of Fire in as one of my 5th level spells. Cure Crit, Stoneskin, Death Ward, and Reincarnate all took precedence over it.

With Boat Buffs and GH, my Disable Device and Open Locks are around 75. My Search is over 80 so I can find and disable nearly every trap and can unlock any lock. My Reflex save is also sitting at a 54, so while not a guaranteed save, it's effective enough as far as I'm concerned.

The only real negative of the build so far is low-ish hit points which are currently sitting at 777. Once I get Agents of Argonnessen favor, they'll be pumped up to 787!  Cheesy
