	I know Star Citizen and Elite are coming out. EVE is crap. STO is just...no. What other space sims are out there? I used to play Jumpgate, but the servers went dark 2 years ago. I'm considering getting BG and BG2 and possibly NWN again. http://www.pcgamesn.com/eve/15-best-pc-space-games/page/0/2 That does not look promising either.

	Ahh sorry when you say space sim, I would imagine old school Joystick + bazillion hotkeys single player with awesome combat a lots of shit blowing up. No clue about space-ish mmos.

	Honestly can't think of any space MMOs that aren't EVE, STO or SWTOR. For single player there's X-Series. Sins of a Solar Empire is an RTS but it's damn good.

Spent the better part of Sunday looking through GOG, Steam, EA(almost bought SIMS 3, and kinda likes Spore), Gamestop, and everything else I could find. EVE is the only half decent one out there, with Star Citizen and Elite coming mid 2015. Jumpgate Evolution died 2-3 years ago. Almost got BG, BG2, and NWN but realized its just too fucking old. Loaded SimCity 4 on my laptop, built 4 cities in 20 mins. Might head to the hobby store and pick up some models.

	Along this same vein, is there a single player space sim out there right now? I can't remember the name of the dos game, but you colonized worlds, had tech trees. Kinda like Civ for space with combat.
