BTCoE binding on Aquire

So maybe I missed this, haven't been real active on lurking here or retread official forums, but just looted a quiver of poison that is supposed to be BTCoE that bound on aquire.  Not sure if others are seeing this shit, but a heads up for anyone farming.

Put in a ticket, shitsipper GM closed it w/ a link to the known issue indicating it's know (which likely means it'll never get fixed) but I don't see anything on that list that relates.  Know I'm only mostly drunk so I'd think something would trigger.

Just a heads up if anyone cares.

Oh, and boobies...

Just put it into shared bank before you switch characters or log off.
Otherwise it will bind every time.

It's a bag. When Turbine fixes bugs for bags, they don't fix it for quivers. While it's still not unbound, BTA is good enough for most people.

It doesn't bind on acquire, but it will bind if you mail it or log off with it in your inventory.

You can put BTA cannith crafted arrows in quivers to make them BTA though, among other things. Gotta love bags.

every aftermarket container that turbine added to ddo has never worked properly and were riddled with bugs. From the shared bank, tr cache, bags, guild chests, ect ect. They have a database is seperate from the characters data, saves are done at different times to different databases enabling all sorts of trickery. Grin

No shit?  is it some specific items, or does it happen randomly?  I never noticed.

Have you tried a lower difficulty, such as the official forums?

im guessing quivers or bags? hope i don't run cry on the off chance of getting a quiver to trade then have to leave straight after for RL stuff after i just pulled one and forget to run to the bank, would be so annoying.

so if we bug it on purpose to make it bta instead to pass it around we are exploiting and should be tracked down and executed, but if it causes us a disadvantage tough luck?

Now you're thinking in TurbineTM.
