	So, I guess Paladins can just go get fucked???? Still no fix for the capstone bug, turbine is useless. (surprisingly, I don't have a pally, but this is just so stupid it pisses me off)

Uhm, silly comparison. No other PrE has feat requirements like Kensei. Tempest doesn't have the requirements either. You do not have to have the TWF feats to gain the benefit of the enhancements. To make them 'even' in that respect you'd only tie the Weapon Focus feat to the entire line & require staff spec to have Weapon Focus Bludgeon.
