	It does or does NOT count toward other feat prereqs. Example: Can I start with 16 STR, add completiontist and a +5 tome to reach 21 for O.Crit?

	A half-dozen boss Vaulties donated generously with real money to my classroom during a fundraiser in May 2015 to get poor kids books to read. I won't forget that. 	Only base stat, level ups and tomes let you qualify for feats. Other feats (Completionist, Great Strength, etc) do not.

	Yea i made the mistake when i first got completionist... thought it would count as base so no twf till way too late...lol.. i was pissed.. next time i tred i knew better.. wish i wouldve asked too... gl

	k thanks. My OP said 16+2compl+5 tome for 21.. But that was Shade math. The total would be 23. But, as you guys have indicated, that won't help me qualify. Munk will be proud.

	One thing to note is that the DDO Character Planner doesn't reflect this rule. It will mistakenly allow you to apply the stat points you receive from Completionist towards feat requirements, so be careful if you use that program.
