Looks like an earth stance 12+monk, 4+pally, human is the most viable. Too bad it drops the heal amp to about 560%. But whadda ya do? It's really hard to get PRR in firestance and remain centered.

Other option is an armored Pally+ftr+cleric? helf with monk dilly. That hits about 507% heal amp.

Still thinking...
