There's a Epic Reincarnation bug that eats your heart, Resets your Karma, but does not flag you for reincarnation.

Karma all reset.

I have -never- encountered one of the 'good' gm's.  Even if I request escalation they deny it and threaten to ban me for 2 weeks.  If I try to open a new case they close it without responding.  I would relish this service.

This is Turbine.  You'll need to set the sights a little lower.  We'll first need a way to contact them reliably.

Okay, I have mixed results with Turbine GMs. There are a few that are awesome, a few that suck hardcore balls.

I still have trouble believing that they threaten to ban you for "requesting escalation", and even more trouble believing that this is a recurring problem.

Unless your "requesting escalation" is an amalgamation of cusses and derogatory slurs anyhow.

Happened twice.  Same GM.  One of the non-english speaking ones.  Had to call CS to finally get it fixed.  They apologized saying it was a language barrier issue.

Only with the cable company.  No other company besides maybe the TVA would deserve such treatment.

And Cigna insurance.  Every time I had to call them, when the agent answered I'd reply with 'Hail Lucifer, Lord of Hell'.
