Let me help you out.  The line in red you're saying only a 70 your old can call you kid because they have "many years " over you.

The line in yellow you're saying if someone isn't using viagra they can't call you kid, implying you need it, also implying you're an old fart that can't get it up without some.

This is far from a misinterpretation to me.

First line he implies you need to be 70 to call him kid implying he could easily be 40ish. I am even being generous with a 40 estimate as "many years" does not allude to someone 50 years younger.

The second line he even separates instead of putting it at the end of the first one as such it's quite reasonable to think anyone that isn't using Viagra can't call him kid because.. well he does use it.

He left his post vague and very open to interpretation so his claim that my brain wiring is off is asinine and clearly show his stupidity or lack of understanding of English. If he wanted to say something more precise he should have been more precise otherwise he can suck it up and own his name.
