Over-Level Item Encumbrance

Anyone know how to get rid of this?  It seems permanent even when the toon is naked, sticks through death, and crafted re-leveled items seem to trigger it also.  What do?

You have to call a GM, wait 45 mins for him to arrive, then wait maybe another 30 mins for him to fix it. But maybe by now they now the drill, once you get one who knows how to fix it, it might work faster.

Use the necklace from Fire Caves. Disjunct after a natural death, e.g. Drown, lava at the 12, etc.

1. Character creation screen, click DELETE
2. Confirm by typing toon name
3. Hit ENTER and immediately DC
4. While DC, click CREATE
5. Reconnect
6. Create character the exact same way you originally did
7. Use the SAME name
8. Upon login, you have character with no Burden.

Serious answer (also given before):  This is a bug.  It's supposed to go away when all of your overlevel gear is taken off.  If it's still on you when you're nekkid, then you need to contact a GM and have the debuff removed.  They can do that and it will get fixed.

Unless you like the baywatch-running look.  In that case, just enjoy the effect.  Smiley

I should put one in for my character that's still wearing over level items, and see if they fix it!

I have had this and it was simply removed by removing the gear.  So this does not happen all the time.
