	I don't think I need to give my opinion on the council - that will depend entirely on who Turbine picks to be on the council. I will say that I LOVE the new adventure/raid tabs. LOVE IT!

	This could go one of two ways: get a balance of yes men/disgruntled customers/people who just like playing the game, and get a balance of opinions on how to fix the game or Get too many yes men, and have this idea become entirely ineffectual. Try to get option 1 going maj

	as long as this is a pre-req: � Be in good standing, with no significant violations of Turbine�s Terms of Service, End User License Agreement or Community Guidelines. Accounts must remain free of said violations during the period of service. You know this will be useless, a good cross section would include yes-men, bad boiz and all the shit in between. Edit - the second part of the requirement I can be forced to agree with (don't h4x while participating) but the first part is retarded.

	Eve CSM members are democratically elected by players. https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/What_is_the_CSM Anything less than that and I have to agree with rest: Mournlands 2.0. I'd even log into the forums for the first time since the revamp to vote for Backley (Item,R) from Orien, OldCoaly, at least one permadeath guild officer/leader (I spent a few months in Sublime, was a nice group), and then solid, long time players like Memnir, Vanshilar, rest, and Hordo. No newbs, but it needs a mix of people who play with a broad cross-section of players, and not just people who exclusively group with other end-game powergamers. edit to add: they need Teh Troll on there too. Seems smarter than the average bear. Flav. Others I respect but forgot.

Turbine MUST know that they're most devoted, experienced, and knowledgeable players are the ones most likely to dupe and sploit because they know the game the best. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE YOU WANT ON A COUNCIL LIKE THIS You already have Mounrlands for people who behave but are maybe more casual and/or terribad.

Actually, the "most devoted, experienced, and knowledgeable players are the ones most likely to dupe and sploit because they know the game the best" demographic would best be befriended by the head of QA (surprise). The Design phase team isn't looking for manipulative bastards to create new backdoors via feedback. They're looking for people that can communicate an idea without resorting to flaming. Give constructive negative feedback without completely demoralizing their prior efforts. And they're looking for a Rainbow Coalition of hardcore, casual, typical, the entire gambit...
