	GM's can gift you XP on live. I know, they did it to me when a TR fucked me up and left my ED totally screwed. They gifted me 2million XP multiple times to sort it out. GM's use tools given to them by Dev's I'm sure the Dev's can use the same tools to gift their characters any ammount of XP they want.

GMs are fantastic at telling you something is bugged, to lodge a bug report, and then close the ticket without once even asking you a question or giving you time to respond. One thing Ive always wondered about customer support - why dont they ever have "satisfy the customer" as a KPI. Its only ever about clearing tickets. If they dont actually care, why do they even exist in the first place. Just have a URL on the ticket and a blanket statement "we cant (wont) help you, so click on this link and log a bug report". Or, given they ignore bug reports as well, just dump the entire thing and save a whole stack of money.
