	I feel like I've been doing epics pretty steady for a good while. I look at my coms, I'm a little over halfway. YES, I am whining about it... on the Vault. Yes. Deal. That is all.

	A half-dozen boss Vaulties donated generously with real money to my classroom during a fundraiser in May 2015 to get poor kids books to read. I won't forget that. 	It's pretty ridiculous. They used the same formula as they did for epic tokens. Seriously - if you run the old stuff count the 'fragements' you get - realize you need 10k of them and see that it's a similar 'drop' rate. The only part they goofed on was letting solid tokens drop from places. What they seem to have missed the boat on - is that had the solid tokens not dropped - the reincarnation system would have never been more than a niche part of the game.

	The past life feats aren't good enough to warrant it. 4200 is stupid, and charging more than 2$ in DDO points is exuberant. I'll probably never even use the free epic heart they passed out.

	It sucks. Plus, I've been running mostly EEs for max coms. I do have an EE Arkats and an EE Thunder and Lightning to show for it.. But still. They need to drop the rate by 1/3 OR, as you said, drop "wholes" in end chests. Maybe a whole is 100? I dunno.

In my case, I TRed into an Iconic to try it out. It's cool, but I want to be a fleshie again. So, I have to 4200 to buy a heart to ITR or whatever. To make matters worse, my guildie says, "it's not that bad. Just do ID, RBs, Von3, Deal and Demon, and Trial by Fire each day and you'll have X amount of coms.." After he says this, I do the math and it's like 50 hours of PURE GRIND if you did NOTHING else. I'm like "BRO! That's horrible".

There is no reason for the drop rate to be any different than Epic Tokens. They perform the same function. Ckorik is right however, allow end chests to drop the heart shards with the same relative frequency that complete tokens are awarded and they've solved the problem they refuse to admit exists.

	I expect that they set the comm drop rate with level 30 in mind. If it takes 3.15m xp to get levels 29 and 30 (following the current progression) then you don't fall quite as short of the mark with comms. Grinding still needed of course however more comms will be earned as part of the xp grind. For this reason I doubt we will see an increase in drop rate for comms. I also believe that they are unlikely to put epic hearts on sale until after they raise the level cap. I know folks who are paying for hearts and ERing a lot at the moment while it only takes 6.6m to cap instead of 9.75m. Anyone have a theory on when the level cap is due to increase? Next update or later? Any news on timing of next update?

	Major difference between comms and tokens is where they are dropping. If comms dropped in end chests and heart seeds had a chance to drop as well, I wouldn't complain as much. I'm more resentful of having to choose comms over end reward loot.

	And this is why the Player Council is useless. It would be easy to fix the comm drop rate even now. If we had a player council to tell them this was dumb early in the process does anyone actually think it would have mattered?
