For completely F2P, guild chest works

Premium or Subscribers don't have this limitation.

Also F2P cannot use ASAH

Not sure how you got yours, but if from the Daily Silver Roll,
I 100% disagree.

Sometimes, the Raid Timer Bypass and Jeweler's Kits just cannot be traded.  Then, sometimes they can.

I used a coupon for the box of chocolates on my F2P mules.  Was really annoyed when the item created to be given as a gift couldn't be traded or mailed from a F2P acct.

Just this week I was able to stick in my guild chest.  Was surprised.  Didn't try to mail it, beforehand though.   


Probably doesn't help you.
