Based on the review of these violations, we have determined that this account was warranted of a permanent violation.  The only way this ban would be able to be lifted would be to prove that the information that has been posted on the forums was not obtained via a violation of the Terms of Service and that the game client was not used to obtain this information.  We would need to know the specific source and method or which this information was obtained, in which case the only violation that has occurred would be the forums violation, and the ban of the account could be potentially lifted.  Without this proof, this account will remain permanently banned.
