	The Monk's Quivering Palm ability is getting some revisions related to its DC, as part of investigation into balancing Death effects. Quivering Palm no longer benefits from Sundering bonuses. However, whenever an enemy saves vs. Quivering Palm, you get a stacking +4 bonus to your Quivering Palm DC. This stack is dispelled when you successfully kill someone with Quivering Palm. We are keeping an eye on these numbers and they may be changed in the future. Ha.

	Yes this is an over the top nerf, but QP did need a nerf, just not so much that it becomes useless again.

	I don't think any of us is even a little surprised by this. The whiners will never learn that given a choice between nerfing one thing or buffing a dozen other things up to where they should be, Turbine will take the easy route every time. This is why we cannot have nice things. Some folks just won't be happy until all classes are equally un-fun to play.

The mechanic basically functions the same as a CD increase actually.. Except the extra ki cost. Hmm.. So now I have to fail3 times(18sec) and spend 90 ki before I'll have the same DC as now.

	I wonder if they stack with eachother. Then you'll just need to run with 5 monk friends, having each of you try to QP something in succession until it fails the save. Sounds like fun!

PLUS, it involves handwraps.. So, you KNOW it will be bugged.

I take 3 monks with sundering, curse-spewing, and SR reducing handwraps into every quest. They swing at each monster like 5 times and then I finger of death the monster. 10 years later we've finished the quest!

	So now my QP DC will be 65 (useless in EE Wheloon and especially in EE Stormhorns content) but my SF DC will stay at 80. :sigh:
