You can actually get 1-2 more than THAT if you drop the alchem wraps and find stun 12-13 wraps. But your defense and dps would not be.... optimal.

The Red part is what you should pay attention to. The Blue part has ALWAYS been written this way. The written formula never specifically included all the Tactics enhancements, feats, PLs, etc. but the actuals DCs in the game included them. Nothing has changed regarding those adds to DCs.

I read it as they want you to build it up against a single monster over the course of three hits (3 x 4 DC = +12 to DC which is close to making up for the Sunder/Shatter removal) maybe and finally kill it. I doubt it's supposed charge up throughout the dungeon only for you to unleash it at some particular point. Although, I could see reading it to be that way. That would suck terribly.

	As long as they don't nerf the cooldown on SF, I'm still quite happy with my monk...hardly ever use QP in EE content (since I didn't build for it)...but as long as my SF continues to work with extra damage twists from ED's I'm happy.� Of course, this does not mean I am happy with this nerf, but not the first time T-bine has screwed with my characters(I have 8 level 20 bank characters to prove this), but que sera.
