so with u21 we are down to 1 quest released. Sure turbine billed it as 5 hours, but folks are running this in under an hour. Keep in mind that this is day 1, so nobody has prior knowledge. Completion times will settle down into a 15 min zerg within 3 days of live. At this rate, next update will be nothing more then an outdoor zone.

Whether you use 1 hour or 15 minutes, that is not an update in any game. But hey, with only about 10 folks left on ddo maybe this is the best we will see till next year.

Oh Boo Hoo, monks got sundering taken away, they should not have had it in the fist place. Why didn't rogues get sundering to their assassinate? makes as much sense.

Given the way halflings assassinate giants, I think trip would make more sense.

And two raids. Steelstar basically confirmed it here.

I stand corrected. Well shit, 2 raids... that is welcome news. Still have objections about it being to easy and zergable.

Nice that you guys are finally breathing some life back into the game. Pretty fucking retarded quivering palm will have nothing that can add to it outside of the failed buff. I cant post on the forums because Tarrant and his tolero lover are idiots and hate me, which is fine as it is mutual. The thing is, people are reporting that NOTHING outside of wisdom is adding to quivering palm. I don't care if sundering isn't, it should return to what it was before then. Trying to regain the last 10-14 points from sunder with your little +4 failure buff isnt to bad. Trying to regain another 20 or so in your 3 minute time frame makes the ability a fucking wasted slot.

And just what should buff QP? There is nothing b/c that is how it is in pen and paper, although, combat mastery maybe, but then it should also help assassinate.

It SHOULD affect Assassinate

I'm pretty sure they want to make QP a SUPER MINI EiN that you use maybe 2-3 times a quest.

Which... BLOWS.

I would be fine with another situation like ToD - run to the raid once and from then on you can bypass the explorer area

You just brought pen and paper into this. You are a fucking moron. Your existence and knowledge of ddo are obviously equivalent to a retarded child.

The run for Vod and Hound is not THAT bad once you know the way. [ Read : it's 5 a 5 minute piece of fun for the guild, and you get shards for more bags ]

The run to LoB and MA is just a PITA [ Read : it's too long, it's annoying, and beside a few chest along the way there's nothing interesting about it ]

Word - what a waste of LOB, and to a lesser extent Master Artificer, but the first is more fun. I don't want to have tons of gates before I can even raid. There's a reason Shroud used to be the most popular raid - walk in once you are flagged, and lovely customisable loot. Even DQ suffers from the pre raid nonsense. If your market is 30 somethings with limited time, for all that is good, please allow the flag!

I have never paid cash for a Stormhorns teleport and never will. The existence just seems like a big fuck you to optimists like me who bought the expansion to throw some wonga Turbine's way. Not again.

Oh I'm sorry, i guess they just pulled the idea for the game out of their asses and belched up the core rules.

What are you even talking about?  They haven't used the Core Rules since day one.  They used the Core Rules as their "inspiration", but DDO has never been D&D.  You can't come up with interesting alternative solutions for obstacles in DDO and you get to know ahead of time what you're facing in DDO because you run the same quests repeatedly.  That's VERY far from the concept behind D&D.
