	I haven't tried this particular grind yet, but does 1300 just happen to be approximately the amount of CoVs you will still need to buy a heart once you cap at 28 (if you don't stone)?

No, you have to have 4200 comms for an epic or iconic heart. It takes about 2 climbs from 20-28 to get this amount only getting comms and not even looking at the good stuff you could have had if you did not have to take comms...although, I do sometimes take a look at items on some higher quest and take those instead so I can outfit Saaluta and Saalutaball for EE content. 	I have gone from 20 to 28 2x and only have 2200 comms. Of course I do the Von 3,5 farm 2x a day. Making about 800k to 1mil xp a day in about 3 hours no pots. So 1300 is not even close. Now if I were to just do the other EH or EE farming it may be closer to 1300 needed to grab a heart. (unsure as I have always used Von to level)

	If they think that you'll get 1300 comms from 2 mill worth of experience (that's how much the stones are, right? Not counting bonuses), they're pretty off. That works out to 4290 for 6.6 million xp. That sure as shit isn't happening, and I don't do a daily von3/wiz king like a lot of people. My sorc just hit level 24, and he has ~2300, including 500 I moved over from elsewhere and his WHOLE ENTIRE PREVIOUS EPIC LIFE. Oi vey.

	going from 20-28 last life, then 20-26 this life on my main i managed to get to 30 heart seeds and 77 extra, that is after passing over a couple hundred from other characters.

	They'll continue to nerf quest XP selectively to ensure you'll have NO trouble getting your commendations by the time you hit 28/30. Another reason not to Epic TR, or hell, even play epic levels for anything other than farming old raids easily lol.
