	Unless U21 bosses require real "tanks" e.g. u can't kite them, noone is going to sacrifice 3 items to get 25 PRR and 75 HP. Also, the 3 items alone should be worth something. This helm sucks by itself. Lightning Guard VIII? Really?

	It's nice to see Turbine throwing tanking a bone here. Unless each item is worth wearing individually, then the set as a whole will still be shit, but it's nice to see them taking an interest.

	Sets... Bleh... Currently Set equipped characters : - E-BDA set : Kender. ( that's armor + helm ) - E-WDA set : Cleric ( that's armor + helm ) for a while Kender had one of the Cannith Set ( for the pick/disarm bonus ), but he threw it away since there's better things to put in the slots ( and it's not as if he needs the bonus anymore ) Never really bothered with sets ( I have the above just because I was lucky with the helms ).

	That helm, by itself, is terrible. ML 28 and only lightning guard and 150 fort? You can make a GS accessory that's better than this, much lower level, and probably easier to get too. The set bonuses aren't awful but if all of the set items suck, no one will wear it anyway...

GH sets are like the only viable end game sets worth wearing cause they got augments slots you can slot your missing stats enhancements bonuses in and other stuff like PRR, Good luck etc... 	Set gear are awesome! Remember the old red fens sets? Still awesome for ML 20. Them new gear looks cute. I wonder if they'll make weapon sets. Like a scimitar named Slice and a shortsword named Dice. Set bonus would give any melee attack Lacerating and a chance to Disintegrate.

Needs to be a kukri to be called Dice - need slashing damage for that name, not piercing. A kukri would be a good fit for rogues, and also elven racial stuff (scimmy and kukri).
