Why would someone even post that? That's not even enough time since U20 to now to complete 36 TRs without reusing the TR bypass timer. The guy doesnt even quest a lot...

I call bullshit as well. Posts are starting to get ugly. Probably not long before it is locked or cubed.

Just not smart. Like the guy last night posting in trade chat that he is selling 5 true imp globes (linked) and a ton of other duped goods. This is why crooks are easy to catch IRL.

One thing for everyone who is a "skeptic" on this issue: Insurance companies are basing their underwriting on the assumption that it is real. They are refusing to write policies on homes that are likely to be in danger from rising seas 20 years from now, even though the resale rate of the homes is so high that they could keep writing policies for another 10 years and still not have to pay out on 1 policy in 5, but that would be irresponsible. Unethical, as well, but that's never stopped anyone before.

Looks like an active Vault crowd commenting there.  Guy admits to spending stupid money on it.  I'd like Turbine to check his account, as one guy recommended...

This is ICYWAVE's original post.  Mentions his server and guild but not toons.

Quote:
As of 28 January 2014, my character Icywave, server Orien, now has all possible existing past life feats.

3x Heroic, Epic and Iconic lives.

Embarking upon life 88 as my final life until something else is released. Final gear grind begins...

Special thanks to Xedwin who has done 9 consecutive lives with me. My Intel Rq'd guildies and to the many many players on Orien who have joined my LFMs or let me join them. You are many.

Time to breath and slack on the 40+ hours a week game play

Awesomeballs!

Thanks.

I'm just relieved that it's not Stoddard. The Stod Ego is over-inflated enough as it is on gimp TR toons - how much more could it get if he got triple heroic completionist and epic completionist gimp toons?!

I see he has the forum title 'uber completionist' already.  so cordovan validated his 'accomplishment!'

should give him the title 'whale.'

He got that title after getting 3 heroic lives of every class.

Silverleafon (Fawngate on Khyber) has the same title and accomplished the same 3 heroic lives per class thing.

I hardly think they're going to punish someone for spending cash in their game...

What I want to know is - do all those past life feats and epic past life feats make him a better player?  Grin

I've been in Vent channels with him briefly. Seemed like a mellow guy who enjoys DDO. If he was not a fun person to hang out with, he wouldn't be in that guild. Intel is full of great people who are not necessarily the most uber players on the server (still way better than me though), but they're generally nice people with whom I always have a fun time in quests.

Live and let live. Even with a wide-open wallet, he claimed to have put in 1400 hours. That is still one hell of a grind in 6 months, stones or not. I'd be unable to stone a triple completionist in that time, let alone an epic one as well.

Memnir wrote on Jun 14th, 2013 at 10:59am:
Note to any Turbine staffers reading this, and one I genuinely hope you share around the office: DDO has become a shit game because y'all have made it a shit game. Once it was great. Now, it's a festering puddle of monkey diarrhea. No matter how you try to justify it, or pat yourselves on the back for doing great jobs... it's a shit game now because of you. Y'all keep on giving the players the middle finger, and you keep expecting us to reward you for the abuse. I've had it with you narcissistic fuckwads and your myopic policies of ineptitude.

Being rich helps in gaming.

My new goal in life: become fabulously wealthy.

Then I can spend my time going around, doing good, and playing DDO.
