Create a disposable account with a google, yahoo or live throwable email.
It's not as it it was tough to have an email address nowadays.

Well, a f2p account is only able to post in the f2p section on the forums.

I've found beating up random elderly cripples seems to satiate the same desires I get the same way posting in the motherforums used to.
