It sounds like the PC isn't necessarily there to "take requests", but if you (backley) being in there makes UI skinning viable again then turbine +1.

The whole "point" of the council can be wrapped up into one single statement: It is merely a buffer between Turbine staff and the gamers, so as to shift blame from the staff when something is changed and implemented that hinders the game play. It was "allowed" to pass through the Council, so the gamers must want it.

Yes, though we are allowed to bring up a topic like this one... It's one of the topic I intend to bring, but not right now. First I want a few things to be clarified, like what is going to happen to a topic we raise for the whole community.
If it's nothing ( or business as usual ) it's pointless for me to waste time polishing neat posts to raise a topic.
I also want to bring up the Bravery Streak problem, the Crafting Problem has already been brought up, and is being discussed, I also want to bring up the old guild functions when they start talking about things for U22 ( /guild createrank, ... ), and the Item Collector for the named items [ I'm going to present the idea with all the variations that have been suggested, not just my version ]...

Now I make it sound like a political agenda.

There is a problem it railroad people and kill pugs.
The idea ( from my point of view ) is to find something as rewarding ( in XP and gameplay ) but that can be chosen on a quest basis, like the old overlevel bonus was working.
