I haven't rolled any sun elves but your race is locked if you want the pl's and so is your monkcher split with /2 cleric so there's nothing to insult.

Cleric will give you divine might and empower heal if you want it for cocoon. I don't believe sun elves have sexy dex to damage with bows like regular elves so you will be strength based. Most of the morning lord tree is unattractive for a monkcher though of course the 3%dodge/doubleshot/dodge bypass is sexy but pricey. Slightly useful enhancements in there are fey sight which saves an equipment slot and arcanum. The super heal at tier is actually sort of neat as it removes stun and death pen bit probably a waste of points.

Other than that, take silver flame for long bows as a cleric, and a couple tiers of righteous weapons from war priest for more long bow damage if you want. There sa pretty cool healing dot I. Radiant but I don't remember if it's t3 or t2 but heals over time based on your heal score.

Anyway other than it's just a typical 12/6/2 build. Get oc, ca, and ima at 27. Extend might be nice for DM, but unnecessary. I believe you extend divine dm but alas I don't remember it was a few lives ago.

Twists are dance of flowers cocoon and then whatever else you like. Standing stone is nice for prr but I personally play with pin or whistler, or for raids more action boosts from deep wood, or fort bypass for undeads like TO from sd
