gess what 

i used my seeds for the heart on the ladder while teleporting back all the time. and got a heart

how i did it
-put seeds in inventory
-press autorun while bugged out.
-draw seeds to hotbar
-click on the seeds for the box
-while pressing on the creat heart press at the same time seeds on the inventory
- there you go 

I'm still trying to bug my toon on any ladder, tried Garrison and Tear and no way to reproduce the bug, was on a Bladeforged WF : /

I don't know if this help, but you can float at the wagon near Shroud entrance, unfortunately not in a static manner (I mean, you float through the space if you jump into the wagon)

I found a floaty spot where you can get out and take falling damage in house J... I floated there for a while and used a stone, it got consumed. The spot is at that big blue fountain, next to Xorian Cipher.

I found a way to get the loop every time.
Now i want to know what i can do with it.  After testing whatever the people posted above me, none worked and are prolly bs.

I've finally found a method that works very often for me. Here's how I do it:

I've been using the ladder in "The Prisoner". It's the one that appears after you kill the beholder, that leads up to the Memnos Blossom.

1. Get on the ladder, then back off of it. This will line you up, so you're facing directly at it.
2. strafe to the right a tad (See image below). Line you're self up, something to that effect, with the right edge.
3. jump into the right edge of the ladder, always holding forward. If you're lined up right, you'll notice  that your toon will jerk against it a bit, and then grab on.
4. Still always holding forward, if it was done right, you should start to loop at the bottom. 

This method is kinda random at success, But has been a lot more successful than the whole "Land at the bottom of any ladder" Method.

I've found that coming in contact with the edge before you reach the peak of your jump works best for me.
