For feats....how about...precision, PBS, toughness, dodge, quicken, zen archery, IC: ranged, MT, 10k stars, IPS, empower healing? If you aren't human or PDK you would have to drop one...MT maybe? .
precision -> was taken with OC
PBS -> was taken with OC
Toughnes -> ED or meh
Dodge -> Not needed with sufficient pastlives / gear, but nice for newer builds
Quicken -> guess it could have been taken
Zen Archery -> was taken with OC
IPS -> was taken with OC
Empower Healing -> Useless on a bladeforged, great on a fleshy.
So from your list of potential gains, on a non human I'd be gaining:
Toughness, Dodge, Quicken, Metamagic with the 4 feats I've freed up by sacrificing OC.
Quicken is nice, but uneeded, there is no concentration on the slas for rejuv cucoon or reconstruct.
See where I'm going with this?
If you can make the stats work, when comparing the options Overwhelming Critical does seem to be the best return on investment, IMO.
