Not exactly true....

There's 5 Entries in the registry for the patchwrapper DLL and one branch : HK_CU\Software\Turbine
with more or less nothing of interest in it.

Hms... It must not "require" these however, cuz i have a few laptops that have never installed the client. (one cant.. for some reason or other... something with Win8 and the Patch client.. ~shrug~) and the game runs just fine..

Probably, though the installer still create them even if they are not used.

Or it just recreate them if they are not there yet.
