It's a clip out of the TV show "Friends" (I think, Jennifer Anniston is on the couch and the YouTube "See Also" list had many Friends clips), where a woman is going over different possible combinations "So it could be 2 and 7, or 2 and 5, or 1 and 3 and 5, or ..." and eventually she zones out, eyes unfocused, saying "or 7, or 7, or 7" getting more and more excited until she reaches some sort of climax.

It's worth a chuckle because of the number combinations for the cards, but I wouldn't recommend putting in a lot of effort to see it.
