My google-fu is failing me.  Can someone please link the Turbine employee post on the forums that says what they consider to be an exploit?  It's years old now, but seeing what Turbine officially says about exploits might stop at least some of the whining.

The problem with that list of "exploits" is that it was still subscription only and they didn't care how many you had. I had 2 accounts at the time that was released.

Owning multiple accounts is not an exploit. It may be frowned upon but the system is WAI.

Shaitan is correct though - it's a very old list. And I was under the impression that as long as you were *controlling* the account for actual gameplay they don't really give a crap how many you have.

They may make a show of "not tolerating it", because otherwise the corporate overlords might get suspicious of the numbers, but they most definitely know it happens and subtly encourage it.
  
Turdbin, keep changing the DDO rules, because McDonalds sold over 200 billion hamburgers by changing the recipe for their Special Sauce every couple of months to keep interest up.

are you saying you can't use the cards unless you are at least level 4? kinda screws new players and TRs (assuming only 1 character) doesn't it? well, i guess it only takes a couple of hours to get to level 4 so hard for anyone to complain about it....

lol this thread really delivered, I really shouldn't be surprised but I kind of am at all the people who have their panties in a bunch over such a minor thing calling people cheats, liars, whatever, it really shows who the white knights are. And the stupid, oh turbine didn't realize this could happen!!! But they are really really smart though!!! Even if they made an over sight like this.

and do the parents of these 9-year-olds know about your relationships with them?  and does interaction with them via telephoto lens and a rubber raincoat really count as a relationship?  are you afraid you'll get the cold shoulder if you try to get close and personal?
