I hadn't read any of the Lama threads so was unprepared for the 700 damage no save spanking she gave me. Irritating given everything else in the place including the other flagging dude had been mellow.

Any tips / tricks, apart from post an LFM for BYO PLIS no hjeals for you and start clearing?

(level capped ex Superior Soul build - light damage is decent but not really a DPS build as such. The one shot knocked me for 6 a bit).

Is there a range she starts proccing at? I jumped in to melee and implode the trash to get rid of it, expecting an easy fight, so got owned.

What's her leash like? Can I drag her most of the way up the stairs or is that too much?

Irritating the flagging is so unbalanced. I was all "yay, they understand we want simple flagging and teleport points" until I met her

Alright, the resolution was I threw a mostly competent pug at her (1 newbie, 1 DC) - told them where I was standing to bridge the gap between rezzes, and healbotted. Boring but got the job done. But the scaling in there is a little bonkers, the clean up get the chest job was harder work than the take down. But flagging happened. Had to get in full Tere bossy mode though

Soloed her on my Bladeforged monk today. She was quite tame till she hit 2/5 of her HP and then retarded Dragon breath/Energy burst spam started. So, I was barely landing a hit or two before I had to Abundant Step the fuck out of her range and hit Recon. Then I switched to spamming Lily petal/Orchid blossom and that finally dropped her. I'm just glad that most of my alts are ranged/caster types.

PS.: This can't be WAI really. Energy burst and Dragon breath should have a reflex save for half. That's the version that players get anyhow.

Yes, they did fix orbs, so don't equip one unless you really, really,  really have to 

Duoed this last night... back at the stairs there are buildings on each side... you can stand on the building and range her without taking a single hit... her breath weapon will hit the building right below you.  Easy Peasy.

(Apparently she doesn't know how to go into mouse-look mode and target slightly above my head)

I've been solo flagging all my toons this way, its super easy. However now that you've brought it to light, they'll just put invisible walls over it

Steelstar was smoking something pretty heavy duty when he made that raid. I can't believe the raid went live as is.

not too hard, just fight her by the shrine on the steps - the steps block a lot of her damage and you can res easily enough

When you're on top of the broken towers south of the stairs, you can cast DOTs while she can't reach you with her Black Dragon Bolts (the only thing that seem to go through is her Fear spell, which doesn't do much).
