Even if it procs every time I still don't find it worthy for shiradi spammers. You don't spam missiles for 40 something more damage.

well, if it gives additional damage for every missile then it is worth it. 
Also if the light damage also gives more chances to give shiradi procs it'd be very awesomeeee.

speaking of which...somebody should test to see what happens when you equip 2 lantern rings...*cough cough*
