	I've seen people advertise them in /trade in exchange for otto's boxes and EE items. What kinda of trade value are y'all seeing/getting?

	The good stuff you can make with them are worth 600-1000 TP in the DDO Store. So I don't see why anyone would trade an Ottos Box for them, at least if he bought the box with real money, would be cheaper to spend some more money to get the stuff directly from the store. So that would be 100-200 astral shards if you bought them in the DDO store too. So that's the value if you compare it with the DDO store. Ingame is a bit different, since there are some players who farmed EE every day for items and traded them for massive amounts of astral shards or ottos boxes. They are probably going to pay much more than the above value, because they can and don't know what to do with their astral shards anyways. ^^ I even know players who dump them in the gold rolls because they don't know what to do with them... these players probably going to pay much more than 100-200 shards, but there is also a high chance they already got the items from the card tradein and don't need those cards. So... this should at least give you a hint about the minimum value of the cards.

	On Ghallanda. I heard about trades for cards roughly in that value. Even offered +3 heart, I think he wasn't bullshitting me since pretty good communication. New scales for cards too. No "verified" trade except guildie that traded crap worth around that to get the trade done. But of course it all might be just fluke and bullshit. Or scamming newbs in harbour, I don't know.

	Heh, each server has it's own "economy" I suppose. Also one guy running around with upgraded shadow armour ( so there are 100 shadow scales traded for card or two apparently ).

	OK, so what are the 1-8 cards going for? As a casual/gimp player who could really use a bunch of +3 tomes, and who isn't privy to duplication methods, what are "reasonable" rates for the non-rare cards? I logged in for the first time in months to get the dice and found the timer broken, and by the time I logged back in the one per character had come and gone. So I have a full set of 1-8, but most with only 1 or 2 cards. Or maybe some generous soul would share with me the secret of re-use so I can get more than one tome from the cards I have?

	Turdbin, keep changing the DDO rules, because McDonalds sold over 200 billion hamburgers by changing the recipe for their Special Sauce every couple of months to keep interest up.

	Got a IX by trading a bunch of +3 tomes acquired from a previous carpel-tunnel enducing few weeks of labour. Traded a IX for a X shortly thereafter. Not sure this helps with the valuation question though.
