Aaaaaand after all that - the bugs make it to live anyway. After all the feedback, Turbine does what they want to do anyway. That is the cause of all the frustration that many players have - Turbine just won't fucking listen.
They're like Thazara in a conversation - Turbine and Thazara just picks out what they want to hear and ignores everything else.
The Thaz method.
Well, If 90% of the players commenting on the ddo forums were able to write something else but "waaa waaa" "turbine sucks"... page after page.. the devs might actually be able to dig through it and find something useful.
The devs read the ddo forums. How much energy they have to look for valuable feedback in 50 pages of ranting, I cannot say. But it's been my experience that if you want a dev to take your seriously and read your feedback, keep it semi-short, clear, and properly written. Not a load of "waaa, turbine sucks".
Saying all of that, ddo is a business, and even though you might have a fabulous idea, it might be to expensive or too tricky to implement to be worth it.
