He was moving his green bag over from the shared bank, already had one in his pack. POOF  gone.  He flips out. puts in a ticket, It gets closed. opens 2nd and puts request 2nd level gm help.  Gets a GM. after gm tells the dumb ass it will be back from lost and found. he calls the gm a fucktard. gets a warning and then turns around and tells the gm and I quote " if the fucking devs would get off there lazy programing asses and fix this shit we would not having this conversation. I pay good money for a working game so get this shit fixed." 
And wait for it...   Bang booted from world and 30 days in the cooler..

Well at least he got his say in before being put on ice. 

Yes son your a dumb ass for the ban,,, next time get banned for something good  like PROFIT>>.......

Smart idea. I've learned a surprising amount just as a person relating to people in game. I can't say "oh it's just that thing over there"... because it's a game. But people are real people and that bit is the same as real life. It's been a painful learning experience at times. But while I live and can grow.. good things...

Hope he gets his bag back though. That would suck.

30 days for cussing out CS?  Someone forgot to leave their feelings at home.
Still a silly thing to do, but easy to relate to his anger as most of us have had problems with CS (non)responses. 
Why couldn't they just message him to relog and check mailbox in 5 minutes from his first report.

One of the things I loved about DDO when I first played was GM response time compared to my previous MMO.  Terrible how downhill its gone.
